The Dementia Love Membership gives you a calm, expert guide, and community support for family members caring for loved ones.
Dementia is a long and difficult journey for all affected. Not just for the individual, but also for the family, friends, and caregivers who walk the journey with their loved one. Often, it's an unrewarding and emotional journey, but there is hope through the darkness!

Imagine having a dementia specialist on call to walk you through:

New behaviors that feel scary or confusing
Sudden hospital stays and difficult discharges
Tough choices about safety, living arrangements, and care
That’s what the Dementia Love Membership is designed to give you.
One day your loved one seems stable. The next, there’s a fall, a hospitalization, new hallucinations, or a sudden refusal to bathe, eat, or sleep. You’re handed stacks of papers, rushed conversations with doctors, and big decisions with little explanation.

Most family caregivers feel:
You’re the one everyone calls, but you don’t have anyone you can call who truly understands dementia.
Behavior changes, sleepless nights, and medical jargon make it hard to know what’s urgent and what’s expected.
You don’t want to make the wrong choice about care options, safety, or living arrangements—but you’re given very little guidance.
The Dementia Love Membership is an ongoing support community for family caregivers who want calm, step-by-step guidance from a Certified Dementia Consultant—without waiting weeks for an appointment or trying to piece answers together on their own.
You bring your questions, real-life situations, and worries. Together, we create a plan that feels doable, loving, and grounded in dementia best practices.
Every component of the Dementia Love Membership is built to give you timely support,
practical tools, and a safe place to process what’s happening.

Bring your current questions and situations to a live group call with LeeAnn each week. Listen, learn from others, or receive coaching on your specific scenario.
Leave with next steps you can put into action immediately.
Never feel alone when an emergency hits. Included in your membership are up to two 30-minute priority phone or virtual calls each month for deeper support on unexpected or complex situations
Feel heard and supported as we talk through options together.
Connect with other caregivers who understand what you’re walking through—without judgment or pressure to “stay positive.”
Share wins, vent safely, and feel less alone in the day-to-day realities of dementia care.
The Dementia Love Membership is designed for everyday families doing their best in very hard circumstances.
Adult children caring for parents with dementia—locally or from a distance
Spouses caring for partners whose abilities and personalities are changing
Family members helping with decisions about hospitals, rehab, or long-term care
A Friend who has agreed to be a caregiver looking for guidance that is compassionate, realistic, and rooted in dementia best practices

For years, I’ve supported families and senior living teams through every stage of dementia—from the first signs of memory loss to complex hospitalizations and end-of-life decisions.
I created the Dementia Love Membership because family caregivers kept telling me, “I wish I had you in my pocket when things change,” and “I don’t know who to call when I’m not sure what to do.”
My role is to bring expertise, calm, and compassion to your situation—so you can honor your loved one, protect your own wellbeing, and make decisions you feel at peace with.
Lock in this special founding rate for as long as you remain a member. Cancel anytime, no questions asked.
You do not have to attend every live session to benefit from the membership. Our calls are recorded and may be accessed only by current members. You’re also welcome to submit questions ahead of time, and you can join when your schedule allows. The priority support calls are there for more private or time-sensitive issues, and the community gives you additional space to ask questions between sessions.
Priority support calls are designed to help in unexpected times, such as when mom is rushed to the hospital, urgent changes in behavior, you've been suddenly told they are taking dad to skilled nursing, or you're being told to sign documents that you know nothing about. They are also perfect for walking through specific situations in detail—for example, preparing for a doctor’s appointment, navigating a new behavior, planning for a hospital discharge, or exploring options for in-home care or a move. We’ll talk through what’s happening, what to ask, and how to communicate with your loved one and the care team.
The Dementia Love Membership does not replace medical care and does not provide medical diagnoses or prescriptions. I will help you understand what questions to ask your healthcare team, how to advocate for your loved one, and what is generally recommended in dementia care, so you can partner more confidently with your medical providers.
Yes. You’re never locked in. If at any point the membership no longer feels supportive or is no longer needed, you can cancel. Please note that your membership access will be discontinued upon cancellation, and there is no refund for "unused" days.
